A. Return unused & sealed items
Given the nature of our products, we do not provide refunds or exchanges where you have changed your mind about a purchase unless the product is unused, sealed and in a re-saleable condition.
In this case open the Order Confirmation Mail, and hit Reply button and ask us for a refund. We will reply in 1-3 business days and provide you an address where you can send returned product(s) to us.
We must receive returned product(s) within 14 days after you have received your order together with a copy of your sales invoice / order confirmation.
It is your responsibility to meet the costs of returning the goods to us, and to take care that they are not damaged while in your care or in transit.
Shipping a return is at your own cost and we are unable to refund your original order’s shipping cost even if it was free.
This means that if the initial order shipping was free because it exceeded the amount specified in Delivery section from above, we will keep the cost of that shipping from the total amount refunded.
If the initial order shipping was not free, you still won't receive the amount for it.
In case of custom duties taxes, they will be deducted from the value of order paid by customer.
B. Return damaged items
In the unlikely event where a package contents have been damaged in transit please contact us by email hello@youth-essentials.com as soon as possible to inform us of your wish to return your products.
In your email you must include picture of delivered package, as well as pictures of the inside of it where reported damage can be observed.
If a package looks deteriorated because of transit it its highly encouraged to refuse it so that delivery company can be hold accountable for damaging the products. You can accept a deteriorated package on your own responsibility.
It is your responsibility to meet the costs of returning the goods to us, and to take care that they are not damaged while in your care or in transit.
Once the item has been received by Youth Essentials it will be analysed and a decision will be taken:
1) If the product is indeed deteriorated - we will refund the purchase amount in the same manner the original order was paid.
2) If the package is not deteriorated - it will be considered a clasic unused product return and the rules from A. Return unused & sealed items will apply.
